WITH DOING THIS YOUR INTERNET SPEED WILL INCREASE BECAUSE WINDOWS 7 RESERVES 20% SPEED AS RESERVE BANDWIDTH

1)GO TO START SELECT RUN OR PRESS WINDOWS KEY+R

2)A BOW LIKE THIS WILL APPEAR

9)YOU CAN SEE THAT IT IS "NOT CONFIGURED BUT IT WILL TAKE 20% SPEED SO ENABLE IT AND GAVE "BANDWIDTH LIMIT AS "0"

That's because If you're running Windows 7, the Group Policy Editor (gpedit) Is only available In the Ultimate, Professional and Enterprise editions. If you have a less superior edition, that's where your problem Is.
